Biography
Over the course of my design career, I've had involvement with a diversity of client projects in different industry verticals, for varying demographics and through multiple media channels. I've addressed clients' needs by applying multiple aspects of marketing, communication, visual design and consulting practice. My strong creative education at the Art Institute has provided me the skill set needed to accomplish almost any type of interactive project, from designing a Web site interface to producing an online film. Whatever the format, I command the tools and process needed for each phase of media development, from initial concept to final design and implementation.
In my personal time, I'm also an active runner and charity volunteer. I've participated in charity projects such as the Ray of Hope, where as a video editor I contributed to a fund raising documentary which raised in excess of $500,000 in 2007. Lead Atlanta AIDS Walk and 5k Teams in 2007, 2008 and 2009.

“Mark's penchant to work out a creative solution, whether it was in graphic design, motion design, video production or sound editing, was a skill I depended upon daily.”
Jerry Koepp, Creative Director, Merge Agency
“Mark is a delight. He's bright, fast, flexible, funny...all the things you need...especially in a pinch. Creativity is a requirement of the job, but Mark's creativity shines beyond his executional ideas to his problem-solving abilities. A go to guy for almost anything, the only thing wrong with Mark is I don't get to work with him everyday anymore.”
Moira Vetter, President, MODO MODO Agency
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mark a couple of times. Mark has an amazing ability to make decisions (creative or otherwise) under very stressful situations. His knack for directing and keeping big projects on track is something I wish I had on every shoot. His calm presence and his dedication to positive, creative results is unparalleled. Its not often that I get the chance to work with people who have an actual vision and the ability to make changes the way Mark does. Mark is a true leader, on who despite adversity, can remain focused and bring up the level of professionalism around him.”
